2005 Spring Season  Men's Early Bird Tournament

THE TOURNAMENT IS NOW FULL. NO MORE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED! The Tournament is set up to have a max of 8 teams. Priority will be given to teams registered in this league for the Spring 2005 season. We will try to have bracket play then Double or Single elimination across two days of play

Only  .44 Core ASA Approved Balls will be legal for this tournament.

 Early Bird Rules:

Regular season rules apply,

60 Minute time limit .

3 home-run with one-up, extra being Foul Balls.

Except:

O40 Rules are not in effect for this tournament

Each game must have a winner.

After time has expired or 7 innings, if game is tied, 1-pitch applies.

For the Championship & IF game a time limit of 90 minutes will be in effect.

The Slaughter Rule goes to 15 for Championship & IF game.

For Early Bird Tournament only there will be no limit to the # of batters in the starting lineup.  After the game begins the lineup cannot be increased beyond 10.

Any ejections from tournament games will be in effect for that players next game also. A disqualification, which will be differentiated by the umpire, is NOT in effect for the players next game.

Each team will be provided 2 new balls for the tournament. See umpire for distribution before your team’s first game. Each team will provide either new or backup balls then to each game.

Report all Results to Manager of Team # 4 in your bracket, including score.
