In the Spring of 2005 RHASC began a transition of organization with
Fairfax Adult Softball (FAS). Reference
to our league within FAS is now RHD or Reston Herndon Division. The league will essentially exists as it has
before except with the FAS organization
managing the Rosters and all monies.
The transition will be completed at the end of 2005 with all
organization being under control of FAS.
The spirit of RHASC will continue as teams will be able to select their
night of play and remain on that night for the duration of the season. The fields used under the RHD will remain,
Lake Fairfax, Baron Cameron & Bready Park. The RHD will continue to have
only two seasons a year, Spring & Fall. There will not be ability levels
and forced switching at the end of a season.
