·        Rosters must be kept by all teams at all games.  Roster changes can be made up to May 31st for Spring season , September 1st  for Over 40 Season,  and September 30th for Fall Season.  Rosters available on www.fairfaxadultsoftball.com   link to FORMS.

*Send umpire complaints, comments & compliments to Commissioner’s email.

* Protest, must be in writing via, mail or e-mail, a $25 check made out to FAS-RHD must be mailed for each protest.

*Umpire ejection’s, you must leave the field, any physical or verbal profane abuse with umpire may result in ejection from the league for one year or more.

* Alcohol, is not permitted on Fairfax County fields! Players will be ejected from FAS-RHD, and will be prosecuted by law. Fairfax police monitor the fields both in police cruisers and undercover units!

* Roster regulations, their have been an increasing number of  lawsuit’s and potential lawsuits being filed against softball leagues, and owners. Through participation with ASA we are covered with liability insurance, however they are requiring additional roster requirements. We must abide by these rules or face exception from liability insurance.

* Please take the time to consider team insurance, it is provided through the ASA for a reasonable cost and would cover players injured while playing softball. The company name is Bollinger phone # 800-526-1379.

*Game Results, you must post your results on the FAS website within 48 hours. This is an automatic tracking feature.  Failure to do so will result in Forfeit. No Exceptions!  We must track  Results.  Please also email Umpire Attendance issues to rhasc@rhasc.com
